Just for us adults, Williams-Sonoma offers FREE monthly Technique Classes at your local Williams-Sonoma store.

This month the hour long classes will involve techniques for Casseroles, Braising, Recipes using Pumpkin and Baking. Definitely a great way to bring in Fall.

Sunday, October 9, 2014: A classic cooking technique, braising is an ideal way to prepare dinner in the fall. Join us to learn how to correctly braise meats and vegetables and how to create a flavorful sauce and fresh accompaniments to go along with braised dishes.

Sunday, October 19, 2014: From Halloween to Farmer’s Markets, October is all about pumpkins! We’re your destination for delicious pumpkin treats. Join us and learn how to prepare delicious and easy pumpkin favorites perfect for lunchboxes, weeknight dinners and weekend entertaining.

Sunday, October 26, 2014: The aroma of apples, pears, cinnamon and spice will fill our stores as we teach you some of our favorite fall baking recipes. Learn how to incorporate fall fruits and spices into your baking.
